Wang Tiankai, President of Chinese Fabric Industrial Federation, Came to Our University to Inspect and Guide the Work

On the afternoon of October 10th, Wang Tian kai, president of Chinese Fabric Industrial Federation, along with 10 other officials came to our school to inspect and guide the work.

Under the accompany of Xie Zhenshan, secretary of the Party Committee of our school, President Wang Tiankai and other officials inspected the clothe manufacturing technical laboratory of Ya Tai College, Chinese costume culture and art design center in clothing repair field and Electronic Technology Research Institute in ZUT. During the inspection, President Wang inquired, and listened to the peroration frequently. Besides, President Wang gave directions and suggestions to the relevant questions.

After the inspection, a symposium was held. Secretary Xie delivered a warm welcome to President Wang, and expressed his appreciation to President Wang about his long-term concern and support to our school. Xie also introduced the development of our school’s history, conditions, scale and the specialized discipline construction, the talent pool, the party construction, and the remarkable achievements of our school in teaching and researches. Xie said, in the following stages, our school will centralize energy, actively participate in the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone, and enhance our capability of technical innovation and social service continuously. After Mr. Xie’s report about energy-saving combing machine of the new generation specialized by our school, President Wang inquired about the machine’s research and development, function, the intellectual property and the market outlook, and gave high praise for the research of the machine.

President Wang said he was glad to see that Zhongyuan University of Technology, as the backbone of the textiles schools, has gained fruitful achievements and good developing momentum. He fully asserted the contribution that our school has made for the textile industries and society. He pointed out that textile industry had bright future, and in order to assure a good development, we must lay our top priority on the science and technology because it constitutes a primary productive force. Secondly, we should lay special strength on the brand strategy. Thirdly, we should emphasize the characteristics. The development of school should serve for the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone and sufficiently utilize resources and pay attention to national primary constructive areas, then, our school will be more characteristic and attractive.

Besides President Wang Tiankai, Yang Jun, Deputy Secretary of Chinese Textile Industrial Federation, Li Lingshen, Chairman of the Association in the Chinese Textile Industrial Utilization association, Lin Jincai, President of the Chinese Fabric Regulation Academician, Xing Guanlei, Deputy Secretary and Office Director of Chinese Textile Industrial Federation, Yuan Hongping, Deputy Secretary and Foreign Affairs Office Director of Textile Industrial Federation, Zhu Beina, Chairman of Chinese Cotton Industrial Association, and Feng Dehu, Deputy Chairman of Chinese Clothe Association, came together to our school to have the observation. Du Jianhui, Cao Jian, Fan Xiaowei, Huang Qian, Deputy of School’s president, Li Junjie, Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary of the school, Huang Jian, Chairman of Labor Union, and other relevant working staff also participated in this symposium.
