Our University Launches a Collaborative Innovation in Science and Technology with Hengtian Heavy Industries Co. Ltd.

Colleges and enterprises have their respective advantages, so cooperation can lead to the win-win purpose. Recently, in the 3rd-floor conference room of basic experimental building on North Campus, our university held a ceremony of cooperation of collaborative innovation and appointment of professors with Hengtian Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. President Cui Shizhong and Tang Qiwei, general manager of Hengtian Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. signed the cooperative agreement.

  According to the agreement, the two sides exert their respective advantages, actively carry out the close cooperation in design of textile equipment, technological innovation of manufacturing and testing control technology, transformation of achievements, personnel training with comprehensive and multi-levels and establish a long-term cooperation of collaborative innovation, attempting to achieve complementary advantages, win-win cooperation and mutual development.

The ceremony was chaired by vice-president Dong Chengming, and attended by Mr. Guo Zhengrang, deputy secretary of Party Committee, vice-president Fan Xiaowei, Mr. Tang Qiwei, general manager of Hengtian Heavy Industries Co., Ltd,, Mr. Liu Yanwu, deputy general manager and chief engineer, Mr. Zhang Xiaofei, deputy general manager, Mr. Li Xinqi, deputy chief engineer Mr. Han Guangyan, minister of Department of Human Resources, and the relevant department heads of Personnel Department, Office of Science and Technology, Graduate Department, School of Textiles, School of Mechanics and Electrics, School of Electronics and Information.

In the ceremony, President Cui Shizhong addressed the welcoming remarks and introduced the education, scientific research, personnel training of our university. Tang Qiwei, general manager, introduced the development and plans of Hengtian Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. President Cui Shizhong awarded the letters of appointment and wore school badge for Mr. Tang Qiwei, general manager. Mr. Liuyanwu, deputy general manager and chief engineer, Mr. Zhang Xiaofei, deputy general manager, Mr. Li Xinqi, deputy chief engineer. Mr. Guo Zhengrang, deputy secretary of Party Committee of our university and Mr. Liu Yanwu, deputy general manager and chief engineer addressed a speech respectively.

The signed agreement is a significant activity of our university to implement “12th 5-year plan” of our university. The implementation of agreement will undoubtedly strengthen our university’s establishment of the capacity of collaborative innovation and promote the teaching of textile disciplines and research of our college to a new level.
