Our university obtains outstanding results in Computer Design Contest for Chinese College Students

The finals of the Fifth Computer Design Contest for Chinese College Students (Wuhan division) were held in Huazhong Normal University a few days ago, and our university obtained outstanding results. The Android-based real-time e-tracing system of express delivery, designed by Sheng Tao from School of Computer Science, guided by teacher Pei Fei, won the second prize; Android-based public transport inquiry and station announcement system, designed by Fu Haitao, Zhao Chong, Zhao Yale from School of Software, guided by teacher Shao Qifeng, won the third prize; RFID-based pet information management system, designed by Li Jiwei, a student from the School of Computer Science, guided by teacher Han Xinchao, won the excellent prize.

Computer Design Contest for Chinese College Students is an activity of science and technology for all the college undergraduates, jointly hosted by Steering Committee for the Ministry of Education Computer Science and Technology Teaching and Instruction in Colleges and Universities, Steering Committee for the Ministry of Education College Basic Computer Course, Steering Committee for the Ministry of Education College Arts Basic Computer Teaching and Instruction.
