ZUT Approved Key Construction Base for Occupational Teaching Staff Training in China Awarded by the Education Ministry

　　In recent days, the annual working meeting of 2012 related to the improving plans of teaching staff in occupational universities, as well as the meeting of base constructions for occupational teaching staffs has been held in Beijing. In the meeting, the newly approved 33 training bases in 2012 for occupational teaching staffs have been conferred. Dong Chengming, vice president of ZUT, attended the meeting and accepted the awarding as the representative of the base of ZUT. Chen Yawei, dean of the school of continuing education, also attended the meeting.
The education bureau of each province, autonomous regions, municipalities, and specifically designated cities , Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and the representatives of the training bases specially constructed for occupational teaching staffs have attended the meeting. Liu Limin, vice minister of Education Ministry, Xu Tao, chief of teaching section, Ge Zhenjiang, deputy chief and Guo Chunming, director of occupation division have made important speeches at the meeting.
The annual working task of improving the teaching staffs in occupational universities in 2012 has been assigned at the meeting. As a key base for occupational training, ZUT undertakes the tasks of training 60 teachers whose majors are costume designing and production management, and costume design and techniques. The training period is 3 months which will be implemented between March and May in 2014.
