The Delegation From UNITEC of New Zealand Visiting Our University

From Sep.13th to 15th, David Nummy, deputy director of Department of Technology and dean of School of Architecture, Nick Shackleford, deputy director of Department of Health and Social Sciences and dean of School of Languages, Dr. Beverley Clark, dean of School of Education and Ms. Lee Hsieh, Department of the International Affairs from New Zealand UNITEC, visited our university.
On the morning of September 14th, accompanied by Huang Qian, vice president of our university, Yang Baoguo, the office director of College of Information and Business, Du Hong, vice dean of the School of Mechanical & Electronic Engineering, David Nummy visited College of Information and Business and the Automotive equipment department of Mechanical & Electronic Engineering.
In the afternoon, the delegation observed the course “Government and Non-profitable Organization Accounting” delivered by Dr. Zhang Guoyang, a teacher of School of Economics and Management, and then held a meeting about the Sino-New Zealand Project Management on the 3rd floor Building 1, School of International Education. After the meeting, Mr. Nick and Ms. Lee Hsieh introduced the details of the project cooperation to the students majoring in architecture, automobile and photography from Sino-New Zealand cooperative school in Academic Hall 101 of building 1, and at the same time Beverley Clark visited the Zhengzhou Model kindergarten-Yaxing Shengshi kindergarten.
Afterward, Nick and David granted credentials to Sun Hao and Bao Ruijie from our college who had participated in summer camp of New Zealand UNITEC, and spoke highly of them. Meanwhile, Nick and David discussed further in adding Professional learning task project of Mutual recognition of credits based on summer tour camp project with Dr. Du Jianhui, the vice president of our university, and Sun Wei, the director of Department of Educational Cooperation & Exchange.
