ZUT Teachers Win Honors in the 2012 Teaching Skills Competition of the Education System of Henan Province

Recently, teachers from our university won honors in the 2012 Teaching Skills Competition which was jointly organized by the Education Department of Henan Province and Education Union of Henan Province, Ma Yanli and Qu Guanghua won the first prize of the Moral Education discipline, Gao Yan was awarded the first prize of College English and Shi Cuili achieved the first prize of College Mathematics, who, therefore, were all honored the title of Teaching Models of Henan Province by Education Department of Henan Province and Education Union of Henan Province to commend their excellent performance in the competition and give further motive to the teachers’ passions in training skills and enhancing quality. In addition, Gu Zhengyan and Yang Pengcheng won the second prize of Moral Education discipline, Yu Tianmin and Jiang Lixia obtained the second prize of College English, Wang Huiyu achieved the third prize of “College English”, Jiang Yongyan and Zhangzhe were awarded the third prize of College Mathematics, and Qian Xiaohui won the third prize of College Mathematics. This is the greatest achievement in the teaching skills competition of our school in recent years, which show that our university attaches great importance to improving teachers’ skills and virtues, motivating teachers’ enthusiasm and creativity.
