Proseminar of Overseas High-level Talents Introduction and International Scientific Research Cooperation Projects has been Opened in ZUT

　　Recently, the proseminar of overseas high-level talents introduction and international scientific research cooperation projects has been opened in the meeting room on the fifth floor of the administration building in the southern campus. The proseminar has been co-organized by office of educational cooperation and exchange, office of human resources, office of science and technology, and graduate office, which has been attended by deans and associate deans in charge of scientific research of each school, and the leaders of the key subjects in ZUT and Henan Province.
The proseminar has been hosted by Sun Wei, director of educational cooperation and exchange office. Dr. Fan Xiaowei, Vice-president of ZUT, paid a warm welcome to Wang Huaxing, deputy director of the Expert and Project Management Division of Foreign Expert Bureau in Henan Province. Dr. Fan introduced the situations of the introductions of high-level overseas talents and the cooperation of international scientific projects. Then Director Wang made a speech titled “The Contents of the Application for the Projects by Henan Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts of Foreign Cultural and Educational Experts,” systematically introducing the classification of foreign expert projects, application requirements and the preparation of the relevant materials. After Wang’s speech, Liu Zhoufeng, director of the office of science and technology, talked about the experiences of applying for national advanced projects manipulated by his research group. Then, Wang answered the questions raised by the participants of the meeting. Finally, Sun Bin, director of the human resources office, presented the plans of introducing high-level talents in the 12th five years. He encouraged all the schools in our university to adopt the role of the bridge of foreign cooperative exchanging projects and sending teachers overseas on public funds so as to actively introduce the overseas high-level talents and promote the staff quality further in our university.
